Strobomotion is a Hong Kong-based multimedia creation company founded in 2013 by Jeff Yu, an award-winning filmmaker who aims to bring “Green and Sustainability” into video production.
Our mission is to bring sustainability to the heart of video production. Our team would like to make social and environmental impacts to the world. This is also why we continue to explore new tools and methods to tell stories, from the natural environment to subdivided spaces , from marginal youths to innovators.
Our creative studio is located in Hong Kong. But we operate globally and also welcome challenges from overseas. Distance does not matter.
Meet Our Director
Jeff Yu
Jeff Yu plays a key role in idea creation and film direction. With over 10 years of experience in graphic design and advertising, he actively participates in commercial short films and documentary production. His ideas in video production have rendered him HKMA's “Excellence in Social Good” of the Year 2022; and the “Best use of Video”, “Best Idea - Content” and “Best Idea - Video” at the 2015 MARKies Awards.
